Safety Equipment Training Services
PSA offers training on Lifeloc alcohol monitoring equipment and MSA gas detection instruments. The various levels of employee training can be provided either on or off-site, depending on customer requirements and the suitability of facilities. Trainees that successfully complete the modules receive certification that deems them competent to carry out testing in their workplace.
Training on precision instruments is essential because:
The manufacturers require that users are properly trained in their use.The South African OH &S Act (Occupational Health and Safety Act of 1993) requires that any person using safety sensitive equipment be competent in its use. The proficient use of such equipment enhances the functioning of a company’s Substance Abuse Program. The company’s investment in the equipment will be put to best use.
