At PSA Africa, we aim to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need to return or exchange a product, the following guidelines apply:
When Can You Return or Exchange an Item?
You may return or exchange a product in the following cases:
- Incorrect Product: If the wrong product was delivered to you.
- Damaged or Defective Product: If the product you received is damaged or defective.
- Changed Your Mind: If you no longer want the product. This must be done within 3 days of delivery.
- Incorrect Size/Specifications: If the product has the wrong size or specifications.
- Unopened Packaging: Returns are accepted if the product is in its original packaging and the seal has not been broken.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange:
- Email us at online@psaafrica.co.za within 3 days of delivery.
- Include the reason for the return and whether you’d prefer a refund or a replacement.
Conditions for Returning Products
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Undamaged and unused.
- In the original packaging.
- Properly packed for safe return shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive the product and confirm its condition:
- You can choose to receive a refund or exchange the product.
- Products may be inspected before accepting the return.

Products should be returned to our offices at: PSA Africa (Pty) Ltd, Unit 25, Jan Smuts Park, Jones Road, Jet Park, Kempton Park, 1469.
Please note, if there are any costs associated with returning the goods, they will be your responsibility.
