The MSA ALTAIR 4XR Multi-Gas Detector is a compact, rugged and reliable gas monitor designed for demanding industrial environments, including mining, oil and gas, and confined space applications.
Equipped with advanced MSA XCell® sensors, the ALTAIR 4XR provides fast, accurate detection of up to four gases, including combustible gases (LEL), oxygen (O₂), hydrogen-resistant carbon monoxide (CO-H₂) and hydrogen sulphide (H₂S).
Built to withstand harsh conditions, the detector features an IP68-rated housing, durable construction and a 4-year manufacturer’s warranty. Audible, visual and vibrating alarms, together with MotionAlert™ and InstantAlert™ safety features, help workers quickly identify hazardous conditions and respond effectively.
