The MSA SSR 30/100 is a chemical oxygen self-rescuer designed for emergency escape in oxygen-deficient or toxic atmospheres. Ideal for underground mining and confined spaces, it uses potassium superoxide (KO₂) to generate breathable air.
Compact and lightweight in a robust stainless-steel casing, the unit is belt-mounted for accessibility. It deploys within seconds and delivers continuous oxygen supply as needed. Maintenance is minimal and units are reconditioning able after use — meeting EN 13794 Class 20S standards.
The TR device allows quick and economic training of donning and use by simulating the weight and properties of real units.
